Radisson Blu Hotel Uppsala

No complaints, overall it's good value place with incredibly attentive staff upon my request.

pleasant and clean place, absolutely amazing and wonderful staff upon my request. friendly check-in, beautiful rooms with nice view, a balcony, clean bathroom. reasonably priced food including breads, muesli, pancakes, fruit, and cheese at the breakfast. awesome location to uppsala cathedral. thoroughly enjoyed great area.

Consider enjoying the unique cocktails at the bar after a long day of sightseeing.

Had a sumptuous breakfast, a functional room with a wonderful view over to the castle. This was a lovely location close enough to Uppsala for a business meeting, public transport and downtown, and train station & bus station.

Service employees were very friendly, breakfast was excellent and the rooms nice. Value for money is another plus, can highly recommend the hotel.

Artwork would have been nice in the room and korridor! The colours grey and green was not a good combination!

The reception staff was excellent especially a woman named Linda Widgren who was just super. The hotel is new which is great in certain respects and our suite had lovely views of the castle and cathedral.

Being just opened (May of 2012) it had many break-in issues. The biggest was the Internet entrance which they had complicated no end. Understand this will be altered,. The food menu was strange. But all in all the hotel was excellent thanks to the staff.

Lovely staff, great breakfast variety!

The staff was very accomodating and very friendly. From the woman at the front desk to the server in the restaurant. They were very interested in making sure our stay was a good experience. We also thought the food was very good. We had a light lunch and the Sunday buffet. Delicious! We were in Uppsala for just a brief time on our way to northern Sweden. We thought the town was just lovely.

The service: staff were exceptionally helpful. A member of staff collected our luggage from our room, took it for us to the railway station, checked we were on the right platform for the right train to Stockholm and then took the luggage to our carriage where we had reserved seats. This took about 25 minutes of her time, she refused to accept our tip assuring us that it was all part of the service. She is to be commended as is the hotel for their staff training programme and their customer relations policies. Exceptional level of service and customer care. I hope you will pass this review on to them.

We enjoyed staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Uppsala as it was a lovely, comfortable hotel. Everything worked in the room extremely well. Most of the staff on reception were helpful and friendly. The breakfast room/restaurant was amazing and very welcoming. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional.

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

Especially at the bar. The breakfast spread was good. For those traveling with kids, be prepared for cozy rooms, but our requests were promptly met. Consider the fitness area for some relaxation time!

It was nice to have two separate rooms with the kids. The door between them was handy, and we with my housband could continue the even in our room.
